Questions about working with us
Do we have to replace the tools we use?
No. The agents work with the tools your teams already use, such as Microsoft Teams, Slack, Outlook, Jira, Salesforce or SAP, and add your internal systems to them.
Can we start with one process?
Yes, and we recommend it. Most companies start with one team and one process, see the results within weeks, and then add the next agent on the same setup.
What do you need from our side?
One person who knows the process well, access to a test version of the systems involved, your rules for what the agent may do alone, and a few hours a week from the team during testing.
Can you see our data?
